The applicant may install the fence as proposed on the attached site plan. If the fence is constructed in a different location than the site plan indicates, a new class I floodplain permit will be required to be approved. Any additional improvements to the property will also require a class I floodplain permit. Inhabitable structures will require a class II floodplain permit. Floodplain administrator approval of this permit does not constitute a building permit. A separate building permit will be required prior to the construction of the fence. A copy of the class I floodplain permit must accompany the building permit. This memo shall serve as closure to Case No. WF-09-07.
