CASE N0: TUP-97-9 APPLICANT'S NAME: Johnny Ketelsen Recreational Vehicles LOCATION: 4600 Kipling Street Upon motion by Board Member ABBOTT seconded by Board Member F~HRT,MEVER , the following Resolution was -stated. WHEREAS, the applicant was denied permission by an Administrative Officer; and WHEREAS, Board of Adjustment Application, Case No. TTTP-97-9 _ is an appeal to this Board from the decision of-an Administrative Officer; and • WHEREAS, the property has been posted .the required 15 days by law and there WERE NO protests-registered against it; and WHEREAS, the relief applied for MAY be granted without detriment to the public welfare and without substantially impairing the intent and purpose of the regulations governing the City of Wheat _ Ridge. NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Board of Adjustment Application Case No. Tr7P-97-9 be .and hereby is APPROVED. TYPE OF VARIANCE: Temporary Use Permit to...allow camper storage and parking on a vacant parcel-zoned Agricultural-One FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: 1. No changes to the property have ,occurred. The vehicle - storage lot has not negatively affected the health and welfare of persons residing or working in the area. 2. Adequate provisions for internal circulation have been made and maintained. • • Case No. TUP-97-9/Resolution Page 2 3. This has been a compatible land use with the adjacent properties. 4. The Temporary Use Permit has not overburdened the capacities of the streets and utilities, nor increased the number of residences or employees in the area. -Parks and schools have not been impacted. 5. Staff and the owner's representative agree it would be impracticable at this time to request a zoning change. WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: 1. The Temporary Use Permit will be for one year. VOTE: YES: Abbott, Echelmeyer, Hovland, Howard, Junker,-Mauro and Thiessen NO: None • DISPOSITION: Temporary Use Permit granted by a vote of 7-0.
