CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 64 Series of 201 0 TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2010 OPEN SPACE FUND 32 IN THE AMOUNT OF $199,151 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCEPTING COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge supports a strong partnership between city and community; and WHEREAS, the Wheat
Ridge Park and Recreation Master Plan goals call for provision of a wide range of recreation, leisure, athletic, and cultural opportunities for all residents of Wheat Ridge; and WHEREAS,
there is a demand for playgrounds within the City; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to provide safe, well maintained playgrounds; and WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Charter requires that amendments
to the budget be effected by the City Council adopting a Resolution; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows: THE FOLLOWING
AMENDMENT TO THE 2010 OPEN SPACE FUND 32 IS HEREBY APPROVED: A supplemental budget appropriation in the amount of $199,151 to account #32-601-800-862 for the purpose of purchasing playground
