TITLE: CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 23 Series of 2012 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2012 CAPITAL INVESTMENT FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council wishes
to include additional streets in the ITB-12-01 Street Resurfacing Project; and WHEREAS, the City Project request for proposals included Bid Alternate No. 6; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the Wheat Ridge City Council, that: Section 1 . Budget Amended. The City of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2012 CIP Budget be amended to transfer an amount of $54,200.00 from CJP Fund Balance
to line item 30-303-800-884 for the ITB-12-01 Street Resurfacing Project. Section 2. Effective Date April 23. 2012 This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption. ATTEST:
