Excavation and Deposit Control. APPROXIMATE AREA: n/a WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning Division has submitted a list of factors to be considered with the above request, and said list of factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such testimony provided additional facts. NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions • reached, it was moved by Commissioner ECKHARDT, seconded by Commissioner RASPLICKA, that Case No. ZOA-96-3, a proposed amendment to the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, Zoning Code, Section 26-33. Excavation and Deposit Control be forwarded to City Council fox their consideration with the following condition: 1. Mx. Gidley draft a new subsection (H) (page 7) Concerning rehabilitation of steep lake banks and insert into the document prior to forwarding the proposed ordinance to City Council.
