Council District I.
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. Council District III is still available to accept this
occupancy.
2. As related to. the nine criteria and evidence presented, the
granting of this variance would result in a precedent being
set.
3. The general societal concern and need for this type of living
facility has been addressed by current ordinance, and
evidence presented at this hearing did not indicate (in the
context of this ordinance) that a hardship was demonstrated.
4. Three letters from neighbors wrote in opposition of the
variance, giving substantial evidence of an already
overcrowded street parking and traffic situation and a
concern for a basic trend towards change in the character
of the neighborhood.
