HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes TUP-95-6;~ CERTIFICATE OF RESOLUTION I, Sandra Wiggins, Acting Secretary to the City of Wheat Ridge Board of Adjustment, do hereby certify that the following Resolution was duly adopted in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, oa the 25th day of May, 1995. CASE NO: TQP-95-6 APPLICANT'S NAME: John D. Colip LOCATION: 4313 Wadsworth Slvd. Upon motion by Board Member ROSSILLON, seconded by Board Member HOWARD, the following Resolution was stated: WHEREAS, the applicant was denied permission by an Administrative Officer; and WHEREAS, Soard of Adjustment Application, Case No. TQP-95-6 is as appeal to this Board from the decision of as Administrative Officer; and WHEREAS, the property has been posted the required 15 days by law and there WERE NO protests registered against it; and WHEREAS, the relief applied for MAY be granted without detriment to the public welfare and without substantially impairing the intent and purpose of the regulations governing the City of Wheat Ridge. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Board of Adjustment Application Case No. TIIP-95-6, be and hereby is APPROVED. TYPE OF REQUEST: Temporary Use Permit PURPOSE: To allow a drive-through espresso business on property located at 4313 Wadsworth Blvd. FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: 1. The five Findings of Fact support approval of this Temporary IIse Permit. 2. The temporary use at this location has not had a detrimental impact on surrounding property owners and continues to act in accordance with the original £iadiags. WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. The temporary use remain as it has within the past year and not expand its' use in any way. r- 2. This is clearly as interim temporary use and shall not be considered as a basis for future temporary requests. 3. We recognize that staff would not support an approval for a permanent location oa this site. 4. The lot be striped to insure there will be room for the stacking of six automobiles. 5. If the east window is used, it will be barricaded for pedestrian use only. VOTE: YES: Abbott, Echelmeyer, Hovland, Howard, Juaker, Rossillon, Saag and Walker NO: None ~- DISPOSITION: A Temporary IIse Permit to allow a drive-through espresso business oa property located at 4313 Wadsworth Blvd. was granted by an 8-0 vote.
