The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Cerveny at 5 36 P m Councilmembers
present: Jerry DiTullio Vance Edwards, Ralph Mancinelli, Janelle Shaver, Ken Siler, Harry
Hanley and Claudia Worth Odarka Figlus arrived at 5 42 P m Also present: City Clerk,
Wanda Sang, Acting City Manager, Jack Hurst; and City Treasurer Ron Patera arrived at 602
pm
Motion by Mr Siler for an Executive Session under 5 7B2, Personnel Matters, seconded by
Mrs Worth, carried 7-0
EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS HELD.
Meeting adjourned from the Executive Session
