REQUEST: Two-lot-minor subdivision APPROXIMATE AREA: .91 acre WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning-Division has submitted a list of factors to be considered with the above request, and said list of factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such testimony provided additional facts. NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, it was moved by Commissioner WILLIAMS, seconded by Commissioner CERVENY, that Case No. MS=96-3, an application by Darrel L. Norgren for approval of a two-Iot minor subdivision for property located at 5500 West 38th Avenue be Approved for the following-reasons: 1. A subdivision is required so sale of the commercial building can OCCUr. 2. All requirements- of the Subdivisiop Regulations have been met. VOTE: YES: Williams, Rasplicka, Cerveny, Langdon and Johnson N0: None.
