Re: Original Agreement and/or Agreement For Professional Services by and between Martin/Martin, Inc. and
Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority dba Renewal Wheat Ridge, dated July 16, 2015.
This agreement for additional services has two purposes:
1. Outline Additional Services and Compensation for investigation of City of Wheat Ridge traffic signal
pole and mast arm equipment design criteria.
2. Outline Amended Contract Compensation to move the remaining funds/budget from the right of
way and easement services contract into the remaining budget for completing the 441h & Vance
traffic signal design services.
All provisions of the referenced Agreement and/or Agreement For Professional Services shall remain in full
force and effect as modified herein.
Additional Services were determined from a conversation with Steve Art, Steve Nguyen and Mark Westberg
on January 25, 2016 and follow up email coordination with Steve Art.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Investigate City of Wheat Ridge traffic signal pole and mast arm equipment design criteria, specifications
and details. Compare findings to COOT standards. Specifications and details already provided by the
City via email will be used in the evaluation. A summary of findings/memorandum will be generated for
use by the City.
COMPENSATION
Investigation, comparison and summary of findings services will be provided for a fixed fee of $840.
AM ENDED CONTRACT COMPENSATION
Transfer of remaining funds of $1,310 from Agreement for Additional Services, 441h & Vance ROW & TCE
legal Descriptions dated July 16, 2015 to Agreement for Professional Services, 44th & Vance Traffic
Signal Modifications dated June 16, 2015. Per discussions with the City, legal description for ROW or
TCE are no longer necessary on the northeast corner of 44111 & Vance intersection. Remaining funds
transfer of $1,310 is to be used along with the remaining signal design budget for updates/finalization of
the 441h & Vance traffic signal modifications. Design will include a double mast arm on northwest corner
of project intersection per the meeting held at the City on January 25, 2016. Final construction

contract budget and the additional funds transfer of $1,310.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
Non-Labor expenses are included in the fee.
