COLORADO October 26, 1986 The Liquor Authority Meeting in the matter of the alleged violation on Tabor Lake Inn was called to order by the Mayor at 6:30 p.m. Councilmembers present: Kent Davis, Larry Merkl, Moe Keller, Rod Johnson, Doris Ibbison, and Claudia Worth. Also present: City Clerk, Wanda Sang; Alleged violation under Section 12-47-106 B3 of the Colorado Liquor Regulations. Robert Updike, stockholder and Manager for the Tabor Lake Inn and his Attorney, Maurice Fox were present. Maurice Fox addressed that the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Mrs. Ibbison stated that the Authority finds Tabor Lake Inn guilty, by their own admission, of a violation of the State Liquor Code, and imposes a 3-day suspension. 1 day of the 3 day suspension shall be deferred. The Authority further approves the application of TLI for transfer of the Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License. When the State delivers the new Liquor License to the City Clerk, the Clerk shall notify TLI, which shall surrender its existing license, and shall not accept its new license until the 2 day suspension has been serveu. The authority also requires the manager of the licensee to attend the City Clerk's seminar on Liquor License compliance; seconded by Mrs. Keller. Mr. Davis will abstain since he aid not hear the original hearing. Motion carried 5-0 with Mr. Davis abstaining. Wanda Sang, City lel'k~
