Mayor Cerveny called the hearing to order at 7 00
p m Councilmembers present: Don Eafanti, Lloyd
Donnelly, Claudia Worth, Teri Dalbec, Ralph Mancinelli and Jerry DiTullio Janelle Shaver
arrived at 7 05 and Ken Siler was absent. Also present: City Clerk, Wanda Sang, City
Manager, Robert Middaugh, and City Attorney, Gerald Dahl
LOCAL LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEETING
Item 1. Modification of Premises for Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
3294-A Youngfield Street, Wheat Ridge, CO
Applicant was not present.
Council had a few questions regarding parking and the walk way in front of building
Motion made by Mr DiTullio that the modifications of premises for Chipotle Mexican Grill be
postponed to May 4th Further information is needed on Section 7 (d), verifying if it's a typo
or not; seconded by Mrs Worth, carried 5-2
Friendly Amendment to Mr DiTullio's motion to have the PCD checked to see if allowed
Motion made by Mr DiTullio to adjourn, carried 7-0
