Chairperson Cerveny called the hearing to order at 7.00
p.m. Liquor Authority members present. Don Eafanti,
Lloyd Donnelly, Claudia Worth, Ralph Mancinelli, Ken Siler and Jerry DiTullio. Janelle Shaver
arrived at 7:03 and Teri Dalbec arrived at 7.04 p m. Also present: City Clerk, Wanda Sang; City
Manager, Robert Middaugh, and City Attorney, Gerald Dahl.
LOCAL LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEETING
Item 1. Modification of Premises for "Club Corner", 6551 West 44th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge
Andy Cameron, Attorney representing Randy's Reality, owners of the premises, was present
and sworn in by the Chairperson
Mr Cameron answered Authorities questions regarding the deck.
Motion by Mr Mancinelli to approve the modification of premises for What a Deal Inc., d b a
"Club Corner", 6551 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and authorize the Mayor to
sign the application, seconded by Mr Siler; carried 5-2 with Mrs Shaver and Mr DiTullio
voting no and Mrs Dalbec abstaining
Item 2. Show Cause Hearing, "Vern's Bar", 7505 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge
Mr Dahl made opening statements
Thomas Dunn, Attorney representing Vern's Bar, was present and sworn in Mr Dunn
explained the facts of the matter to the Authority members
Tom Little, owner of the bar, was present and commented on the matter
Motion by Mrs Dalbec to accept the admission in agreement with Vern's Bar and the Wheat
Ridge Liquor Authority and move to suspend Vern's Bar Liquor License for 14 days In the

event that no other liquor violation occurs within 6 months while the business is open, the
suspension will be stayed permanently; seconded by Mr DiTullio, carried 6-2 with Mrs Shaver
and Mrs Worth voting no
Mr Siler moved for adjournment of the Liquor Authority; seconded by Mr DiTullio, carried 8-0.
Meeting adjourned at 7 30 p m
