Chairperson Cerveny called the hearing to order at 8 35 p m
Liquor Authority members present: Don Eafanti, Lloyd Donnelly,
Claudia Worth, Ralph Mancinelli, Ken Siler, Jerry DiTullio, Janelle Cot O P )0
Shaver and Teri Dalbec Also present: City Clerk, Wanda Sang,
City Manager, Robert Middaugh, and City Attorney, Gerald Dahl
LOCAL LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEETING
Item 1. Modification of Premises for "Chipotle Mexican Grill", 3295-A Youngfield
Street, Wheat Ridge
John Stonbraker, Attorney, for Chipotle Mexican Grill, spoke regarding the modification of the
exterior Patio Area (32 seasonal seats) Mr. Stonbreaker stated that the landlord approves the
change He also stated that he didn't believe a building permit was required for this enclosure,
but would comply to an amendment, if necessary, to the Development Plan
Motion by Mrs Shaver to deny the modification of premises for Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
d b.a. "Chipotle Mexican Grill" , 3294-A Youngfield Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado for the
following reasons
The modification is not in compliance with current zoning in that the proposed
modification is an amendment to the final development plan
Outdoor serving of alcohol would be an invitation for access to minors
Recommend to the owners that they would pursue an amendment to their development
plan if they wish to proceed with this.
Motion seconded by Mrs Worth, carried 5-3, with Mr Siler, Mr Mancinelli and Mr Donnelly
voting no
Motion by Mrs Dalbec for adjournment of the Liquor Authority; seconded by Mrs Worth,
carried 7-1.
