The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by Chairman Wilde at 9 00 a m Liquor
Authority Members present: Dan Wilde, Harry Williams, Frank Sanzalone, Kent Davis, George
Langdon, Rocco Gioso, and Judith DiCroce Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF May 13, 1999
Motion by Mr Williams for the approval of the Minutes of May 13, 1999, seconded by Mr
Davis, carried 5-0 with Mr Langdon and Mrs DiCroce abstaining
Item 1. Application for a Special Events Permit for Saint Martin Society #134, Polish
National Alliance, 11460 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge
Motion by Mrs. DiCroce to approve the Special Events Permit for Saint Martin Society #134,
Polish National Alliance, at the location of 11460 West 44`h Avenue, Wheat Ridge, to dispense
3.2% Beer on June 13, 1999 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. at their property on 11460 West
44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge I further move to authorize the chair to sign the application for the
Special Events permit; seconded by Mr. Davis; carried 7-0.
Item 2. Modification of Premises for GMRI, Inc., dba Red Lobster #119, 4455
Wadsworth Blvd , Wheat Ridge
Bill Jasewicz, Senior Design Project Manager, and Bill Moorehead, Manager, were sworn in by
the Chair and answered questions
Motion by Mr Gioso to approve the modification of premises for GMRI, Inc, dba Red Lobster
#119, 4455 Wadsworth Blvd , Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and authorize the Chair to sign the
application, seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 7-0

Item 3. Modification of Premises for Pizza Hut of America, Inc , dba Pizza Hut #202045,
4202 Wadsworth Blvd , Wheat Ridge
Motion by Mr Williams to approve the modification of premises for Pizza Hut of America, Inc.,
dba Pizza Hut #202045, 4202 Wadsworth Blvd , Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and authorize the
Chair to sign the application, seconded by Mr Davis, carried 7-0

Memo from Dan Wilde to Chief Hurst re Liquor Training Sessions
Response from Chief Hurst re Liquor Training Sessions
Letter from Dill Dill re Circle K operations manager
Letter from Liquor Enforcement re regulation changes and updates.
Motion by Mr Gioso that applicants be informed that if there is a hearing before the Liquor
Authority the owner or a representative must be present to answer questions or the hearing
will be postponed, seconded by Mrs DiCroce, carried 7-0
Motion by Mr Wilde to adjourn, seconded by Mr Davis, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 9 35 a m
