The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by Chairman Wilde at 9 00 am Liquor
Authority Members present: Dan Wilde, Harry Williams, Frank Sanzalone, Kent Davis, George
Langdon, Laura Leprino, and Judith DiCroce Rocco Gioso was absent. Also present:
Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones, Chief of Police, Jack Hurst and City Attorney, Gerald Dahl
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Mr Williams for approval of the Minutes dated January 27, 2000, seconded by Mrs
DiCroce, carried 6-0 with Mrs Leprino abstaining
Item 1. Transfer of Ownership for Pink Cadillac Saloon, 12100 West 44th Avenue
Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones introduced Item 1 Tom Barton, Applicant, was present and
discussed the application and Police Training for his employees on March 19, 2000, with the
Authority
Motion by Mr Davis for approval of the Transfer of Ownership from DBN, Inc., dba "Pink
Cadillac Saloon", 12100 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to Tom Barton LLC, for
the following reasons 1 All applications and fees required by statute have been filed and
paid, 2 The applicant will be entitled to occupancy of the premises by virtue of a signed lease
agreement dated January 26, 2000 3 The applicant has been cleared by the Police
Department and, 4 The transfer be contingent upon the complete sale of the business on or
before March 11, 2000, and in the event the sale of the business takes place before the 11 th
and the new licensee desires to sell alcohol that an Operating Agreement be presented and
approved by the City Attorney and the Chief of Police, seconded by Mr Langdon, carried 7-0

Item 2. Postpone Show Cause Hearing for Wheat Ridge Lanes to March 23, 2000
Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones, introduced Item 2
Motion by Mrs DiCroce to postpone the Show Cause Hearing for Wheat Ridge Lanes
to Thursday, March 23, 2000 at 9 00 A.M , seconded by Mr Williams, carried 7-0
Motion by Mr Wilde to adjourn, seconded by Mr Williams, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 10 00 a m
