The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis at 9 00 a.m Liquor
Authority Members present: Robert Alldredge, Kent Davis, William Snell, Frank Sanzalone,
Karen Berry, William Peterson and John Miks Judy DiCroce was absent. Also present:
Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
Chairman Davis welcomed the new members
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF March 8, 2001
Motion by Mr Alldredge for the approval of the Minutes of March 8, 2001, seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Item 1. Request for Show Cause Hearing for alleged Municipal Code Violation at
Palancar Reef Bar, 4400 Ward Road, Wheat Ridge
Christa Jones introduced Item 1.
Motion by Mr Alldredge not to hold a hearing on the alleged Wheat Ridge Municipal Code
violation at the Palancar Reef at 4400 Ward Road, Wheat Ridge, and further moved to ask
that the Chief of Police send a warning letter to the establishment; seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Item 2. Request for Show Cause Hearing for alleged Municipal Code Violation at
Pigskins Bar, 10051 1-70 Service Road North, Wheat Ridge
Item 2 was introduced by Christa Jones
Motion by Mr Alldredge that a Show Cause Hearing be held regarding the alleged Wheat
Ridge Municipal Code violation at Pigskins, 10051 1-70 Service Road North, Wheat Ridge and
further moved that the hearing be held on Thursday, May 24, 2001, at 9 00 a m in the Council
Chambers and that the City Attorney be directed to prepare the appropriate notifications,
seconded by Mr Miks, carried 7-0.

Chairman Davis asked that the election of the Liquor Chairman and Vice Chairman be set up
for the next meeting
Motion by Mr Snell to adjourn, seconded by Mr Peterson, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 9 17 a m
