The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by Chair Judy DiCroce at 9.00 am Liquor
Authority Members present: Kent Davis, Judith DiCroce, John Miks, William Snell, Robert
Alldredge, Karen Berry, William Peterson and Frank Sanzalone Also present: Deputy City
Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF March 28, 2002
Motion by Mr Davis for the approval of the Minutes of March 28, 2002, seconded by Mr
Snell, carried 8-0
Item 1. Application for Transfer of Ownership from Palancar Reef Restaurant, 4400
Ward Road, Wheat Ridge, to Port 44, Inc., dba "Long Shots"
Owners, James A. Frisk and Jeremy R. Frisk, were present and answered the Authority's
questions
Motion by Mr Snell for approval of the Transfer of Ownership from Palancar Reef Restaurant
LLC, dba "Palancar Reef', 4400 Ward Road, Wheat Ridge, to Port 44, Inc., dba "Long Shots"
for the following reasons
1 All applications have been filed and fees have been paid
2 Applicants are in possession of the premises by virtue of a lease dated March 20,
2002
3 Applicants have been cleared by the police department; seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 8-0
Item 2. Motion to accept the Findings for Pigskins Bar and authorize the Chair and Clerk
to sign the findings and forward them to the licensee
Motion by Mr Peterson to accept the Findings for Pigskins Bar and authorize the Chair and
Clerk to sign the findings and forward them to the licensee, seconded by Mrs Berry; carried
8-0.

Mr Sanzalone left at 9 15 a.m
Motion by Mr Snell to adjourn, seconded by Mr Alldredge, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 9:25 a.m
