LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MINUTES `

The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by Chair Judy DiCroce at 9 00 am Liquor
Authority Members present: Kent Davis, Judith DiCroce, John Milks, William Snell, Frank
Sanzalone, William Peterson and Karen Berry Robert Alldredge was absent. Also present:
Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF May 9, 2002
Motion by Mr Sanzalone for the approval of the Minutes of May 9, 2002, seconded by Mr
Davis, carried 5-0 with Mr Sanzalone and Mr Peterson abstaining
Item 1. Application for a Special Events Permit - St. Martin Society
Applicant, John Fedorowicz, was present and explained both events and how the funds are
distributed from the fund-raisers
Motion by Mr Davis for approval of the Special Events Permit for St. Martin Society #134,
11460 W 44th Ave , to dispense fermented Malt Beverage (3.2% beer) on June 23, 2002 from
12 00 p m to 1000 p m and on August 24, 2002 from 12 00 p m to 1000 p m and on
August 25, 2002 from 12 00 p m. to 1000 p m., seconded by Mr Milks, carried 7-0.
Item 2 Assignment of Local Licensing Authority Functions
Deputy Jones explained Item 2 and discussion followed
Motion by Mrs Berry that the Liquor Authority assign the Special Events Permit functions to
the City Clerk's Office, seconded by Mr Snell, carried 7-0

Motion by Mr Davis to adjourn, seconded by Mr Snell, carried 7-0
