November 14, 2002
Chair Judy DiCroce called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9 00 a m
Liquor Authority Members present: Judith DiCroce, Frank Sanzalone, William
Peterson, Karen Berry, Robert Alldredge and John Miks Kent Davis and
William Snell were absent. Also present: Administrative Assistant, Janice
Smothers
Motion by Mr Peterson for approval of the Minutes of October 10, 2002,
seconded by Mr Alldredge, carried 5-0 with Mr Miks abstaining
Item 1 Application for a Transfer of ownership from Sinaloa, Inc., dba "Los
Sinaloenses Mexican Restaurant", 5807 West 38th Ave, to Tango
Restaurnat, Inc , dba "Red Tango Restaurant."
Janice Smothers gave a brief summary of the applicant's request.
Applicants, Jose J Acevedo and Jose U Santiago, were present and answered
the Liquor Authority's questions
*The applicants stated that they plan on attending the Police Departments
liquor training class
Motion by Mr Miks for approval of the transfer of ownershir from Sinaloa, Inc ,
dba "Los Sinaloenses Mexican Restaurant" 5807 West 38t Ave , to Tango
Restaurant, Inc., dba "Red Tango Restaurant", for the following reasons
1 All applications have been filed and fees have been paid
2 Applicants are in possession of the premises by virtue of a lease
assignment dated September 30, 2002.
3 Applicants have been cleared by the Police Department.
seconded by Mr Alldredge, carried 6-0

The Liquor Authority held a discussion on the Show Cause Hearing procedure
Mrs DiCroce was asked to write a letter to the Pclice Department.
Motion to adjourn carried 6-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9.35 a m
