LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MINUTES
CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO

May 8, 2003
Chair Judith DiCroce called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9 02 am Liquor
Authority Members present: Frank Sanzalone, John Miks, Kent Davis, Anthony Davia,
Brenda Locricchio and Judy DiCroce Robert Alldredge was absent. Also present:
Administrative Assistant, Janice Smothers
Motion by Mr Davis for approval of the Minutes of April 10, 2003, seconded by Mr Miks,
carried 6-0
Item 1 Application for a new 3.2% Beer Off Premises License for TA Operating
Corporation, dba "Denver West Travel Center", 12151 West 44th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado (One Mile Radius Setting Only)
Janice Smothers introduced Item 1
Motion by Mr Miks to set a 1-mile radius and order a survey to establish the needs and
desires of the neighborhood within the City of Wheat Ridge, and further moved to set a
public hearing date for June 12, 2003 and order the property posted and the public hearing
published in the Wheat Ridge Transcript, seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 6-0
Item 2 Election of new Chair
Motion by Mr Sanzalone to elect Kent Davis as Chair of the Liquor Authority and Mr Miks
as Vice Chair; seconded by Mr Davia, carried 6-0
Meeting adjourned at 9.07 a.m
