September 25, 2003
Chair Kent Davis called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9.00 a.m Liquor Authority
Members present: Judith DiCroce, Anthony Davia, Robert Alldredge, Brenda Locricchio,
Kent Davis, Frank Sanzalone, Lloyd Donnelly and John Miks. Also present: Deputy City
Clerk, Christa Jones
Motion by Mr Alldredge for approval of the Minutes of August 28, 2003, seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 5-0 with Mr Miks, Mr Donnelly and Mrs DiCroce abstaining
Item 1 Transfer of Ownership from Rocking West Caravan to Stan's Caravan, 11221
West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge
Deputy Jones gave a brief summary of Item 1
SCVentures, LLC, applicant, Sandra Gontar, 5628 Orion Circle, Golden, CO, 80403 was
present and answered the Authority's questions.
Motion by Mr Miks for approval of the Transfer of Ownership from Charles A. Florey, dba
"Rocking West Caravan", to SG Ventures, LLC , dba "Stan's Caravan", 11221 West 44th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge for the following reasons
1 All applications and fees required by statute have been filed and paid,
2 The applicant will be entitled to occupancy of the premises by virtue of a signed
Contract to buy and sell Real Estate dated August 27, 2003 and amended
September 17, 2003
3 The applicant has been cleared by the Police Department.
Seconded by Mrs DiCroce, carried 8-0.
Carmen Beery asked the Authority to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing pending Litigation
EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS HELD

Motion by Mr Alldredge to accept the City Attorney's recommendation on the possible
settlement with TA Operating Corp , seconded by Mr Miks, carried 8-0
Motion by Mrs DiCroce to hold a Study Session on November 13, 2003 at 9'00 a.m to go
over possible Surveyor Candidates for the City's Liquor Applicants, seconded by Mr
Alldredge, carried 8-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9.45 a.m
