Chair John Miks called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9.00 a m Liquor Authority
Members present: Robert Alldredge, Frank Sanzalone, John Miks, Kent Davis, Judy
DiCroce and Lloyd Donnelly Brenda Locricchio and Anthony Davia were absent. Also
present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
Motion by Mr Davis for approval of the Minutes of July 22, 2004, seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 6-0
Item 1 Modification of Premises for Vern's Restaurant and Lounge, 7605 West 44th
Avenue, Unit f, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Deputy Jones introduced Item 1
Applicant, Tom Little, was sworn in by the Chair and explained the annual event.
Motion by Mr Donnelly to approve the modification of premises for Vern's Restaurant and
Lounge, 7605 West 44 h Avenue, Unit f, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to allow tap beer to be
served in the parking lot on September 19, 2004 from 9.00 a m until 4 00 p m , seconded
by Mr Davis, carried 6-0.
Motion by Mr Alldredge to approve the modification of premises for Vern's Restaurant and
Lounge, to revert the premises back to the way they were prior to September 19, 2004,
seconded by Mr Sanzalone
Motion by Mr Davis for an amendment to add " revert the premises back by 6 00 p m to
the way they were prior to September 19, 2004", seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 6-0.
Original Motion as amended carried 6-0
