Chairman Miks called the Liquor Authority Meeting of August 26, 2004 to order at 9 00
a m Liquor Authority Members present: Robert Alldredge, Frank Sanzalone, John
Miks, Anthony Davia, Judith DiCroce, Lloyd Donnelly, and Brenda Locricchio Kent
Davis was absent. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF August 12, 2004
Motion by Mr Donnelly for the approval of the Minutes of August 12, 2004, seconded by
Mr Alldredge, carried 6-0 with Mr Davia abstaining
Item 1. Name Change for Brunswick Sierra Vista Lanes, 9751 West 49th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
The Chair swore in Naomi Black, representing Brunswick. She was present to answer
any questions the Liquor Authority members might have
Motion by Mrs DiCroce to approve the Change of Trade Name from "Brunswick Sierra
Vista Lanes", to "Brunswick Zone - Wheat Ridge", seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried

Item 2. Change of Corporate Officers for Bustamante & Associates, Inc., d b a.
"Wilmore Liquors", 7777 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Jeremy Bustamante was present and sworn in by the Chair He stated that he and his
wife take turns working in the store and have no other employees

Motion by Mr Davia to approve the Change of Corporate Officers for Bustamante &
Associates, d b a "Wilmore Liquors", 7777 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
for the following reasons
1 All applications and fees required by statute have been filed and paid
2 The applicant has been cleared by the Police Department;
seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Item 3. Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation at "Rumours", 6920 West 38ch
Avenue, Wheat Ridge
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Mr Alldredge that a Notice of Hearing and Order to Show Cause be prepared
by the City Attorney and executed by the Chair and the Deputy City Clerk and be issued
to the owners of "Rumours", 6920 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, based on
allegations contained in the Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation
The hearing is scheduled for October 14, 2004 at 9:00 a.m.
Seconded by Mrs Locricchio, carried 7-0
Item 4. Discussion of distance requirement of 500 ft.
After discussion, Mr Alldredge moved to table this Item indefinitely; seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 9 25 a.m
