April 28, 2005
The Liquor Authority Meeting of April 28, 2005 was called to order by Chairman
Alldredge at 9 00 a m Liquor Authority Members present: Robert Alldredge,
Frank Sanzalone, Kent Davis, John Miks, Anthony Davia, and Brenda Locricchio
Judith DiCroce and Lloyd Donnelly were absent. Also present: Deputy City
Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF April 14, 2005
Motion by Mr Davis for approval of the Minutes of April 14, 2005, seconded by
Mr Sanzalone, carried 5-0 with Mr Miks abstaining
Item 1. Set 1-mile radius and order public hearing for West 44th Retail,
LLC, d b a "West 44th Liquors", 6690 West 44th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Mr Miks to set a 1-mile radius and order a survey to establish the
needs and desires of the neighborhood within the area of 6690 West 44th Avenue
in the City of Wheat Ridge He further moved to set a public hearing date for
Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 9.00 a.m and ordered the property posted and the
public hearing published in the Wheat Ridge Transcript; seconded by Mr Davia,
carried 6-0
Item 2. Motion to reschedule the June 23, 2005 Study Session
Motion by Ms Locricchio to reschedule the June 23, 2005 Study Session to be
held on July 14, 2005, seconded by Mr Miks, carried 6-0
Meeting adjourned at 9 15 a m
