Chairman Alldredge called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9.00 a m
Liquor Authority Members present: Robert Alldredge, Frank Sanzalone,
Anthony Davia, David Berry and Carolyn Peterson Kent Davis, John Miks and
Judith DiCroce were absent. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF January 12, 2006
Motion by Mr Davia for the approval of the Minutes of January 12, 2006,
seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 4 in favor; Ms. Peterson abstaining
Motion by Mr Alldredge to add an Item to the Agenda.
Temporary License for Albertson's, d/b/a Grocery Warehouse No 1847, 4262
Wadsworth Blvd, Wheat Ridge,
seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 5-0
Item 1. Modification of Premises for Abrusci's Italian Restaurant, 3244
Youngfield Street, Unit G, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Deputy City Clerk Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Steve Progar, applicant, was present and explained the expansion of his
premises
Motion by Mr Sanzalone to approve the modification of premises for Abrusci's
Italian Restaurant, 3244 Youngfield Street, Unit G, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
authorize the Chair of the Liquor Authority to sign the application, seconded by
Ms Peterson, carried 5-0
Item 2. Notice of Alleged Wheat Ridge Code of Laws Violation at Rambling
Rose, 10080 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge
Deputy City Clerk Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Mr Davia that the City of Wheat Ridge take no formal action on this
matter, but that the Chief of Police send a warning letter to the owner of the
establishment; seconded by Ms Peterson, carried 3-2 with Mr Alldredge and Mr
Berry voting no

Item 3. Election of new Chair
Mr Alldredge nominated Anthony Davia as Chair of the Liquor Authority;
nomination carried 4 in favor with Mr Davia abstaining
Item 4. Election of new Vice Chair
Mr. Alldredge nominated David Berry as Vice Chair of the Liquor Authority;
nomination carried 4 in favor with Mr Berry abstaining
Item 5. Temporary License for Albertson's, d/b/a Grocery Warehouse No
1847, 4262 Wadsworth Blvd , Wheat Ridge
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Ms Peterson to authorize the Chair of the Liquor Authority to sign a
Temporary 3.2% Beer License for Albertson's LLC d/b/a Grocery Warehouse No
1847, seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9.15 a m
