MINUTES FOR LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEETING CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO 7500 West 29th Avenue, Municipal Building February 9, 2012 Mr. Shaver called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order
at 9:00a.m. Liquor Authority Members present: Anthony Davia, Robert Alldredge, Carolyn Peterson, Paul Shaver, Kent Davis, and John Miks. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Bruce Roome;
City Attorney, Chris Price; staff; interested citizens. Members Absent: Frank Sanzalone APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF November 10, 2011 Motion by Mrs. Peterson for approval of the minutes of
November 10, 2011 ; seconded by Mr. Miks; carried 6-0 Item 1. Application for a Transfer of Ownership on a Retail Liquor License from Green and Urano, Inc., d.b.a. "Vern's Liquor'',
7605 W. 44th Avenue #A, Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Wen-Kuan Lu, owner was present to answer questions from the Liquor Authority members. Motion by Mr. Miks to approve the for a Transfer
of Ownership on a Retail Liquor License from Green and Urano, Inc., d.b.a. "Vern's Liquor", 7605 W. 44th Avenue #A, Wheat Ridge, Colorado; seconded by Mr. Davis; carried 6-0 Meeting
adjourned at 9:05 am. Bruce Roome, Deputy City Clerk APPROVED BY LIQUOR AUTHORITY ON March 22. 2012 BY A VOTE OF 7 TO 0 Paul Shaver, Chair
