Helical piers were installed as follows and are intended to stabilize the portion of the foundation upon which they were installed. The remaining portions of the residence were not evaluated, and additional work may be required to stabilize the remaining foundation. Install nine (9) helical piers per my engineering design at house north west corner and north east section of house. The installation was completed in general conformance with the design and is approved. No additional inspection or evaluation has been completed on this project. All foundations are subject to movement over time, due to variations in soil and moisture conditions. The home should be monitored for additional future movement, and any significant movement should be reported to this office for further evaluation and recommendation. To the best of our knowledge and belief the helical piers were installed per industry standards, located per the pier log provided, and each pier should support a working load not to exceed the original pier design.
