COURTYARD AREAS. THE OVERALL SITE DESIGN HAS BEEN DEVELOPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TIDE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE MUNICIPAL
CODE AS WELL AS THE CITY'S ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE DESIGN MANUAL. THE ARCHITECTURAL THEMES OF THE FACILITY HAVE BEEN
