Major site features including fueling center kiosk building, canopy, underground storage tanks, utilities, and south curb and gutter were shifted north approximately 18 - feet to accommodate adequate separation from West 32nd Avenue. The shift was due to land use issues with the parcels adjacent to West 32nd Avenue. The adjacent owner is constructing a 6 -inch sanitary service line, running north -south, through the east portion of the fueling site. This will provide a tie-in for the fueling kiosk's sanitary service line. This accommodation was made possible by shifting the underground storage tanks to the southwest corner of the fueling tank slab. Additionally our private storm sewer tie-in to the main storm sewer system has also been made. The site layout and landscaping remain in general conformance with the original, approved SDP (Dated July 20, 2016, #2016070524, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado).
