Diligent Roofing Inc. is waived of all liability in regards to damages done to gutters, landscaping, lawns, garden stones, trees, paver stones, propane grills hoses of any kind. outdoor furniture, and flower pots due to work performed by Diligent Roofing Inc. outlined in this contract. 30. Deductible collected by Diligent roofing Inc. is non refundable if contract is cancelled after three days of signing and insurance company has approved proceeds for work. 31. Any alterations made to the roof after completion not done by the Company will nullify said warranty This includes removal of all Flashings and wall abutments. 32. This agreement is composed of front and back page and all materials and labor incorporated herein by reference and shall be considered the entire agreement by the parties.
