In order to pass a final inspection of elastomeric or similar type roof coverings, a letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer's technical representative stating that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with the installation instruction for (roof material brand name) roof covering" is required to be on site at the time of final inspection.
