Colorado , of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration-~X~,
to the said parti e s of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, ha ve remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by
these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said part i e s of the
first part ha vein and to the following described 1 and
situate, lying and being in the County of Jefferson and State of Colorado, to wit:
A tract or parcel of land containing 32 square feet, more or less,
situated in the Southeast ~ of the Northeast ~ of Section 21, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in the City of
Wheat Ridge, Countlj of Jefferson, Colorado described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Northeast property corner being West
along the South line of the NE~ of Section 21 a distance of 40.0 feet
and North parallel with the East line of the NE~ of Section 22 a distance
of 542.5 feet from the SE corner of the NE~ of Section 21, T.3S., R.59W.;
1. Thence Westerllj along the North propertlj line a distance
of 8.0 feet;
2. Thence diagonally southeasterllj a distance of 11.3 feet to
a point on the East propertlj line;
3. Thence Northerly along the East property line a distance
of B.D feet to the point of beginning.
The above described tract contains 32 square feet, more or less.
