A tract or parcel of land containing 32 square feet, more or less,
situated in the Southeast ~ of the Northeast ~ of Section 21, Township 3
South, Range 59 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of
Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, Colorado described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Northeast property corner being West
along the South line of the NE~ of Section 21 a distance of 40.0 feet
and Nqrth parallel with the East line of the NE~ of Section 22 a distance
of 542.5 feet from the SE corner of the NE~ of Section 21, T.3S., R.59W.;
1. Thence Westerly along the North property line a distance
of 8.0 feet;
2. Thence diagonally southeasterly a distance of 11.3 feet to
a point on the East property line;
3. Thence Northerly along the East property line a distance
of 8.0 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described tract contains 32 square feet, more or less.
