these presents, they were well seized of the premises above conveyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, in fee simple, and ha ve good right, full power and lawful authority to
grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in manner and form as aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from
all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments and encumhrances of whatever kind or nature
soever, subject to covenants, easements, and restrictions of record, if any,
and the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceful possession of the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part

Enclosed is a cost figure for installation of combination type curb, gutter
w..d sidewalk across the frontage of your tltlO properties on Depew Street.
The neasurements are based on \..hat is needed to match existing curb, gutter,
and side\'iB.lk already in place along the west side of Depew. You may wish
to note that two linear feet more of curb, gutter and sidewalk is required
on the property at 3701 Depew than the 137 frontage of the lot at that address
1..'1. order to match up with existing curb, gutter and sideltlalk to the north
a..'1.d to the south. However, balancing this out t\VO and one half linear feet
less of curb, gutter and sidewalk is required for your property near 38th
which has a 30 foot frontage on Depew. (See Drawings)
The total property frontage on Depei1 of the t",o lots combined is 167.43
linear feet, the total curb, gutter and sidewalk installation for the two
lots is 167 linear feet corrrnensurate with the total front footage of the
properties.
