SUBJECT: Quit Claim of Side Lot "A" Crestview Park
Amended Subdivision

When Crestview Park Subdivision was Amended, a dedication
was made for Dudley Street. This dedication went through
about 95% of Lot C of the original Crestview Park
Subdivision. On Crestview Park Amended this remaining 5%
was called Side Lot "A" and is adjacent to the Dudley Street
right-of-way. Mr. George Holley no longer wants to maintain
this small strip and has "quit claimed" it to us. We have
no problems with this quit claim and recommend it be
recorded at the county.

Attached is a proposed 13.2 foot dedication for Kipling Street, south of
West 50th Avenue (see attacheJ. map]. Street improvements have been
constructed on private property and consequently the applicant does not wish
to keep this property. This case is linked to Case No. WV-84-1/DTLDINE.
Should the street vacation be denied, the applicant requests that this
proposed dedication be withdrawn. Both Planning Commission and staff
recommends acceptance.
