These services were performed as an audit of the contractor's compliance with specifications. Tests and observations include structural steel framing bolted and welded construction. Our field observations stated above, indicate that the subject facility is in general conformance with the approved contract plans and specifications as they relate to our services. Items of non-conformance, within our testing and observation responsibility, were brought to the attention of the contractor, and engineer who then either resolved the deficiencies, or accepted them in the as -built condition. This statement of compliance is for the construction activities and/or the structural components directly observed and/or tested by CTC-Geotek, Inc and are not a guarantee as to the overall performance of the subject facility.
