Colorado, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Kenneth B. Jones and Doris Joanne Jones
property as described in Reception No. 080700, recorded November 6, 1964, Jeffer-
son County Records, State of Colorado: Thence south 77.69 feet along the west
line of said property to a point on a curve; thence northeasterly 19.71 feet
along a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 38.00 feet, and a
delta of 29043'28" to the point of tangency, said points of tangency lies 5.00
feet east, measured perpendicular, of the said west line; thence north 58.85
feet parallel with said west line to the north line of said property; thence
west 5.00 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNIN3.
Said tract contains 365 square feet more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,

unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, not in tenancy in
common but in joint tenancy
