It is from the above recited instruments that their impact (if any) with the 66 foot wide strip was reconciled from the use of those instruments, together with the perimeter of said Sections 20 and 21. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or intended to imply any direct or indirect representation to a monumented Land Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7,8 and 9) of Section 38-51-100.3, C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Supp.).
