EXHIBIT B
This deed is given for road, curb, and sidewalk purposes with the
understanding that curb cuts which provide ingress and egress to
Grantor's property shall be provided for and installed by Grantee
as shown on attached Exhibit B-2 (t5 feet). In the event the curb
cuts are not provided for, no installation of road, curb, and sidewalk
is permitted on the property described and this deed is deemed null
and void and the property described in Exhibit A shall revert to
Grantor.
