hereby certify that the above description was prepared cor the C'ty of
Wheat Ridge, 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033, by me and

I further certify that the centerline of the 66 foot wfde strip w~s field
located under my direct supervision and checking during 1984 from the use
of Plat Book A, Pages 14 and 15, Jefferson County Records. The pa~cel(s)
affected (if any portion) was determined from a records search performed at
Jefferson County Records. It is from the above recited instruments that
their impact (if any) with the 66 foot wide strip was reconciled from the
use of those instruments, together with the perimeter of said Sectio~s 20
anG 21. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or
intended to imply any direct or indirect rep~esentation to a monu~en~ed
~anG Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7,8 and 9)
