As requested, EVstudio was present at the above referenced address on
June 22, 2020 to inspect the framing and construction of the building. All
plywood/OSB shear wall nailing and sheathing were previously inspected at a
previous time. After the observation, mark-ups were issued to the contractor and
completed as noted and verified by the field super intendent.
It is our professional opinion that all framing was constructed and placed in
substantial compliance to the plans and specifications prepared by this office for
this address and will support the anticipated loading conditions.
