The affected parcel(s) were determined from a records search performed at the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office located at 1700 Arapahoe, Golden, Colorado. It is from those instruments of record as identified in Exhibit A that their overlap (if any) with said 66 foot wide strip is to be acqui red from use of thi sins trument.
