The purpose of our observation was to observe the mild reinforcing in the concrete foundation walls for general conformance with the structural documents. At the time of our observation, the formwork and reinforcing bars were installed. The hold downs were present on site but had not been installed at the time of the observation. Anchor bolts were observed to be on site. Due to the hold down placement not being complete, this report should be passed on to the general contractor, concrete subcontractor, and inspector for review.
