To whom it may concern:
E3 Power performed a blower door test on the building mentioned above February 16th, 2021 at
3:00 pm. The volume of the building was calculated to be 19,050 cubic feet. The final blower
door number was 946 CFM @-50 pascals achieving an ACH of 2.97.
The building meets the air tightness requirement and is compliant with code.
Weather conditions: 39 degrees, Wind 10 MPH, 0 precipitation, 45% humidity.
Site Conditions:
1. Exterior windows and doors, fireplace and stove doors were closed, but not sealed, beyond
the intended weather stripping or other infiltration control measures;
2. Dampers including exhaust, intake, makeup air, backdraft and flue dampers were closed, but
not sealed beyond intended infiltration control measures;
3. Interior doors were open;
4. Continuous ventilation systems or heat recovery ventilators were turned off;
5. Heating and cooling systems were turned off; and
6. Supply and return registers were fully open.

At your request MNA, Inc. conducted several observations of the framing at the above
referenced address. The framing was observed on November 20 and December 1, 2020.
The roof and exterior sheathing nailing cannot be verified during this observation. The
exterior sheathing and strapping were not observed at the time of the observation due to
the installation of finish materials. Not all items are visible during the observation and no
destructive testing was completed to verify framing covered with finish material,
sheathing or covered by other construction material. Any modifications to structural
members made by HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs to be verified by the contractor
performing the work and are not reviewed as part of this observation. The roof and floor
truss profiles are not observed as part of the observation. The framing was found to be
general compliance with the above referenced structural plans and framing observation
report on December 1, 2020
This report is based on the limited accessibility of the elements and components of the
structure at the time of the observation. This report is based on accepted general practice
and is limited to the data available to our office. We make no warranty either expressed
or implied. No invasive testing or inspections were performed. MNA Inc does not accept
responsibility for hidden structural deficiencies not evident during an investigation of this
type.

At your request MNA, Inc. conducted several observation of the post -tensioned slab -on -
grade foundation at the above referenced address. The foundation was observed on July
23, 31, August 4, 5, 11, 14 and 17, 2020. The soils must be verified by the Geotechnical
Engineer of Record. The dimensions and locations of the foundation where not verified
during the observation and are the responsibility of the contractor performing the work.
The foundation reinforcing and tendons were observed to be in general compliance with
the above referenced plans on August 5, 2020.
This report is based on the limited accessibility of the elements and components of the
structure at the time of the observation. This report is based on accepted general practice
and is limited to the data available to our office. We make no warranty either expressed
or implied. No invasive testing or inspections were performed. MNA Inc does not accept
responsibility for hidden structural deficiencies not evident during an investigation of this
type.
