QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CORPORATION.- Bratlforll Publi$hing Co.. 1824-46 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado--11-72 , II RECEPTION NO. 87105694 EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION A tract of land lying within the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, r2 Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the parcel of land described in the deed recorded in Book 2595 at Page 533 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County; thence South along Lhe West line of said parcel, a distance of 4.1 feet; thence Easterly in a straight line to the point of intersection of said line with a point on the Easterly line of said parcel of land which is 4.9 feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence con- tinuing Easterly across the parcel of land described in the deed recorded in Book 2940 at Page 722 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County to a point where said straight line intersects the Easterly line of said parcel at a point which is 5.64 feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence continuing Easterly in a straight line across the parcel of land described in the deed recorded at Reception No. 85045305 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County to a point on the Easterly line of said parcel which is 6.18 feet Southeasterly of the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said parcel, a distance of 6.18 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence Westerly along the Northerly lines of the three parcels of land described in the deeds referred to above in this legal description, a distance of 280.4 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of the parcel of land described in the deed recorded in Book 2595 at Page 533, said corner being the point of beginning of the parcel of land described herein. THIS DEED CONSISTS OF TWO PAGES AND TWO PAGES ONLY AND IF ANY OTHER PAGES ARE ATTACHED TO THIS DEED AT THE TIME THIS DEED IS RECORDED, THE PUBLIC SHOULD REALIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT A PART OF THE DEED AT THE TIME IT WAS DELIVERED TO GRANTEE HEREIN AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A CLOUD ON THE TITLE TO THE LAND OWNED BY GRANTOR HEREIN WHICH LIES SOUTHERLY OF THE PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN.
