A site plan alignment and elevations are needed for review, showing connection to the District main. Invert and rim elevations are needed on each side of the proposed service connection to verify connection will be at 10:00 or 2:00 position. If the service is 6" or larger in size, a manhole connection is required. For a 4" connection a saddle wye tap is required with core into the main. Sand/Oil Interceptor For multi -family, commercial, and retail development where sand/oil interceptors are required, proper sizing per Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) is to be submitted for review and approval. A Sand Oil Interceptor is required to accommodate the laundry facility and the maintenance workshop. Please submit sand/oil Interceptor sizing calculations as well as a product cut sheet for district review.
