The soils exposed at the current grades during our visit appear generally consistent with those found and logged in the subject soil report. It is our opinion the bearing pressures provided in the subject soil report can be used for the recommended foundation system. It is also our opinion that the footing forms, foundation void (if required), and reinforcement (if required) we observed on this date were placed in general conformance with the project plans provided to us and our recommendations.
