Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as follows:
commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 of
section 26, thence S 89038'23" W, a distance of 1445.20
feet to a point on the North line of said NE 1/4, said
point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S
89038'23" W, a distance of 40 feet; thence S 0021'37"
W, a distance of 181.04 feet; thence S 2059'20" E, a
distance of 1148.78 feet, more or less, to a point on
the East/West center line of said NE 1/4; thence N
89041'39" E, a distance of 40.04 feet to a point on said
center line; thence N 2059'20"W, a distance of 1149.73
feet; thence N 0027'37" W, a distance of 180.12 feet,
more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
All bearings are relative to one another and are based
on the North line of the NE 1/4 of Section 26 being
2633.68 feet in length and bearing S 89038'23" Wand the
East line of said NE 1/4 being 2659.93 feet in length
and bearing S 0024'51" E.
Said parcel of land to be used as right-of way for
Teller Street.
Also known by street and number as: 3659 Teller Street.
with all its appurtenances, and do quit-claim any interest to the
same subject to easements, rights of way and restrictions of
record, if any.
