A parcel of land situated in the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter (SE~ SE~) of Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described and bounaed as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Board's property
for Ashland Pump Station marked with a D.W.D. brass cap,
whence the east quarter (E~) corner of said section 25
bears North 00059'12" East, a distance of 1353.53 feet,
more or less; thence South 00017'00" East, along the east
boundary of the Board's property for Ashland Pump
Station, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence
North 45015'24" West, a distance of 28.30 feet to a point
on the north boundary of the Board's property for Ashland
Pump Station; thence North 89046' 12" East, along said
north boundary, a distance of 20.00 feet, more or less to
the point of beginning as shown on D.W.D. drawing Dr. 402
No. 1746, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
